Hot Vinyasa Flow
Every Thursday Evening:
.This Dynamic Vinyasa Flow class, inspired by Awakening Yoga, connects flowing movements (asanas) with the breath, creating a powerful and harmonious experience. The practice begins with breath exercises (pranayama) to stimulate the nervous system and prepare the mind for the flow that follows.
We then transition into a dynamic sequence, moving seamlessly from pose to pose. The class concludes with a final relaxation, leaving you grounded and centered for the day ahead.
This practice encourages the exploration of familiar movements in a new and playful way. I invite you to be curious, embrace playfulness, and discover new areas of both body and mind.
Awakening Yoga is a practice developed by Patrick Beach and Carling Harps in the United States, offering strong, connecting movements and creating space for playful exploration.

Pls be aware as the class takes place in a Hot Yoga Studio the Yogaroom is heated to a soothing temperature of 35 degree. Staying Hydrated before and after Class is recommended. Further Information you find on the Website of the Studio.
