Start your day with a refreshing and energizing “Awakening Yoga”* – inspired practice! In this Dynamic Vinyasa Flow class, we seamlessly connect flowing movements (Asanas) with the breath to create a harmonious practice. The class begins with breath exercises (Pranayama) that stimulate the nervous system and prepare the mind for the physical practice. We then flow through a dynamic Vinyasa sequence, concluding with a final relaxation to leave you calm, connected and ready for your day ahead.
This practice is an exploration of familiar movements in a new form.
