Warm Vinyasa (EG)

Join us for a dynamic Warm Vinyasa class that combines flowing sequences with breathwork to enhance flexibility, strength, and mindfulness. The room is gently heated to promote muscle relaxation and detoxification. It’s important to stay hydrated before class, so please drink plenty of water.

Remember to bring your own mat and towels, although mats and towels are available for rent at the studio if needed. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced yogi, this class will leave you feeling invigorated and balanced.
