There are no wrong movements – only unfamiliar ones.
This class is a space for movement, exploration, and feeling.
Once a month, we take a little more time than usual.
Time to go deeper into movement –
not just flowing through a sequence.
Each session has its own focus.
Not as something to “get through”, but as a way to slowly get to know your body better.
More movement, more options, more understanding.
You don’t need to be able to do anything in advance. You can simply come, move, and see what unfolds.
My intention is that you leave with a feeling like:
“Ah… this is also how my body can feel.”
