Mobility meets Balance – Workshop

Maybe throughout your movement journey you’ve heard phrases like:

🔹   “I made a wrong movement – I’ll never do that again.”

🔹  “Always keep your knee over your ankle, otherwise you’ll injure your knee.”

I know that I did and I was telling myself the story about “wrong” movements.

It created a discomfort and a mistrust in myself and my ability to move.


So Statements like above make us believe that movement is unsafe. But the truth is: 



Our body is strong, intelligent, and designed for much more than we usually allow it to express.

It’s my passion to make people feel good in their body’s 🙂

In this workshop you will explore:



🔹 How mobility creates the foundation for powerful, connected and fluid movement. We will take the theoretical knowledge straight away into movement 


🔹 How balance brings stability, coordination, and presence into every posture


🔹 Why it’s the combination of both that creates a stable and dynamic foundation


🔹 How your body develops more safety and ease through proprioception

Both Days building in a way on top of each other but can be booked as a one day experience as well.
