In my own yoga practice, I’ve realized how important it is to keep reshaping and questioning movement — not with pressure, but with curiosity, joy, and a sense of connection.
It’s this feeling of wholeness in the body that fascinates me most about movement. It allows me to truly feel myself and brings me back — breath by breath — into the present moment.
That’s exactly what I want to share with you in my classes:
Using movement and breath to calm the mind, connect to yourself, and bring your system into balance — through challenge and through rest.
Together, we’ll explore how your body can move in a way that feels right for you. I love blending familiar flows with playful elements from mobility and strength training — so you leave feeling grounded, strong, and uplifted.

We are all seasonal beings, constantly changing and evolving. Your yoga practice should support you on this journey through life.
For me, yoga isn’t about forcing your body into a perfect shape. There’s no universal right or wrong. Every body is unique — and that’s exactly what should be seen and felt in your personal practice.
In my own yoga journey, I often found myself thinking: “Is this right?” or “It looks different in my body than in others — maybe I’m doing something wrong.”
I tried to fit myself into shapes that looked right from the outside, but didn’t feel right for me.
That’s why the topic of Yoga Alignment is so close to my heart. I want to encourage you to let go of comparison, to get curious, and to explore what truly works for your body.
Alignment is not about making your body fit the pose — it’s about letting the pose fit you.
