I know what it’s like to rely on walls or spotters for safety. I used to rely on having a safety net behind me for a long time. Even though I had the strength, the knowledge, and the alignment, when my safety net moved, fear took over. I fell badly and even injured myself.

Here’s the thing: I learned that it wasn’t just about physical strength or knowledge – it was about UNDERSTANIDNG my mind-body connection. And that’s exactly what we’ll explore in this workshop!

Together, we’ll dive deep into the body-mind connection and explore how to build strength, resilience, and confidence – both mentally and physically.

- Neuro-Yoga techniques to target the brain areas that support muscle tone, articulation, and fear management.
- Practical tools to fall out of a handstand.
- A holistic approach to understanding how your brain and body work together to create strength and balance.
